Super new to fitness and am overwhelmed on where to star

I've never liked my body and have always felt slow and not that healthy and lucid. I recently moved out of my home and to a new city and really wanna use this time to be the best me i can possibly be.

i must be around 90-95kg and im 5'11"

what would be the best way for me to get lean and start being healthy, i stay in a hostel that has some equipment(cross trainer,weights,treadmill and bikes) but i don't really like using them that much

where should i start ?
