Alternative exercises for bodyweight on arms

I like to do workouts to combine with my running to aid strength and flexibility. But I have recently found out that I broke my elbow and didn't know about it. At this stage there is no treatment needed but I am not allowed to lift anything on that arm. So the same would go for holding by bodyweight on my arms eg planks, burpees etc. What exercises can I do that I can replace these types of exercises during the workouts?
