It just didn't happen today :(


So only 3 days left of fbsweat and I've loved every day-but today I woke up and for whatever reason, dunno if it's mental or my body just being tired, I just couldn't push myself past the warm up :(

I thought maybe my body is still sore from my last Hiit workout so I subbed in a low impact workout but I did a couple of warm up excercises and just gave up

It's not happened to me in a long time, working out is my favourite part of the day so I'm a little annoyed at myself (which I know is stupid) but guess my body just needs the rest-so re-scheduled for tomorrow :)

This ever happen to anyone else ?
