Urine leak during jumping jacks/stress incontinence

Hi, I used to go for walks & do yoga occasionally & have recently started working out with FB since a few days. I can hold my urine well in my daily life & never have the urine leak. But I realised that when I do jumping jacks, I feel the urine leak a little even though I start the workouts after emptying the bladder. I become short of breath while doing the jumping jacks but that's bearable but I avoid them more so because of the urine leak. I am 49yrs & had 2 deliveries years back, so I guess this could be a case of stress incontinence, may be due to weak pelvic floor. I have heard about kegel's exercise for strengthening the pelvic floor but I end up holding the breath while doing the kegel's.

Has anyone faced the urine leak & what do you do in such a case? Any exercise anyone has tried & helped? I would love to continue with my jumping jacks.
