Daily Check-in: Wednesday, December 18th

Hey everyone! We are at that wonderful half-way point in the week; also know as Wednesday, so how about a splash of yellow for your #WildflowerWednesday? I haven't seen too many wildflowers as of late around here, but the few that are sticking around deserve a little photo shoot attention! Plus, we can use a flower break from all these leaves😂 ..Still surviving the changing weather is some kind of Golden Rod. This one is small, and nowhere near as plentiful or tall as they were in late summer, but this one doesn't care about that! It's doing its own blooming thing like nobody's watching and hanging in there like a trooper!

And how are you guys hanging in there? How are those workouts or rest looking for today? As always, whether you are following a program or doing your own thing, never be afraid to modify to make it work just for you.

Now just talking about workouts has me feeling hungry, so let's collectively share and figure out what we are doing about this eating thing. It's suppose to get a little cooler here today, so I'm thinking a chili will do nicely for dinner, but let's here it for all your delicious dinners!

Okay, pretty straightforward day, so I guess we should go see what this or the rest of the day has in store for us. Like that flower up there; don't focus on what was before, but what is now. And do what you can with it. Blossom into that awesome that you are; now there's your flower power pep talk for today.
