Weight training for fat loss

Hello FBFam,

I am a 230lbs female. I am struggling with my HIIT workouts, not much with stamina but my feet hurts a lot. I tried the low impact ones but they never leave my breathless and I don't feel much worked out. Will strength training alone be better for fat loss or what programs are the best for my condition.
