¿Is FB Low Impact too easy? Patellar tendonitis help


Hi. I'm a long time FB user, training with K&D since 2016. I don't consider myself a begginer and have succesfully rocked many level 4 and 5 workouts.

However, I've developed patellar tendonitis and I need to stop jumping, lunging and squating. I'm thinking about purchasing the FB Low Impact program but I'm wondering if it's maybe too easy (it says level 1 to 3). I know I need to go easy on my knees but I also want to challenge my body and keep growing muscle.

As a fan of HIIT, this patellar tendonitis has been heart breaking and I don't know what to do.

Any recomendations? Should I purchase the program? Is it really low impact?
