FB Mass complete

After completing Strong,. Burn R2 and Strong again, I wanted to try Mass, as strength training is really my favourite way to work out. I completed the program today, it took me roughly 5 1/2 weeks. Mass is similar to Strong but so different at the same time. Some workouts were just under 30 minutes, allowing for the addition of my own "extra credit workouts" here and there (the person I was 6 months ago would never have added to a workout). What I loved most was how Mass incorporates split upper body workouts, focusing on two muscle areas during a single workout. I had never done that type of training before and really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the more classic way of doing 3 sets of 8 for each exercise. I have definitely seen an improvement in my overall strength throughout this program, it was the perfect continuity to Strong. Looking forward to a new program in January.
