QUICK QUESTION

Happy Monday FB Family. I was going to be starting Workouts for Busy People today and came across https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/3-day-flexibility-challenge-day-1-fluid-full-body-stretches-for-flexibility-and-stress-relief

Wanted to do both as my body could use a good stretch. However I was curious to know if I could do a Day 1 with another Day 1? Thanks in advance. Hope you all have a fab Monday.
