Taking a break.. FB Burn R2 Day 10

Hey everyone!! Today I have to take a self-imposed recovery day...

I did this workout on Day 8 : https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/hiit-cardio-and-butt-and-thigh-workout-hiit-and-strength

And I am SO SORE still, 2 days later!! There is another 40min HIIT and abs workout scheduled today for day 10, and as much as I want to be an overachiever, I feel like I should take a little break today to let my legs heal up. I lifted really heavy so that figures... LOL

Week 2 of Burn R2 is super leg heavy!! 3 lower body / HIIT workouts every other day... wow!
