Happy Friday Everyone,

Everyone must be off to a slow start if I am starting the thread this morning. I woke up with my knee and shin bothering me and thought I would skip my recovery day workout.

Long day for me. Savannah comes home this evening so lots of things to get done before she arrives. Plus Friday is my longest work night of the week. My goal is to be home before midnight or sooner.
