Chronic Pain - Fibromyalgia

Hi Everyone,

Ive had fibromyalgia for about 6 years now and Ive put on about 2 stone - I was always slim and never had to work out before lol.

Any tips on what workouts are best for getting started? What low impact workouts I should be doing - keen that I dont want to cause myself any more pain than Im already in but need to do something to help both my physical and mental health.
