I’m just finishing FB XT. I love the schedule of three times a week. I ran a few times (which was the plan on why I did XT) I broke my plateau switching to three days a week. What program should I do next? I plan on altering to keep it 3-4 days per week. I always have a plan for the next program but I finish this one tomorrow and can’t decide! I own a bunch. What do you do when you can’t decide?!
