Hello everyone! I have been doing FB workouts for about a year now and absolutely love them. For most of the year, I had the basement room of my college apartment and was able to work out as hard as I wanted but moved this summer into a new house and am on the top floor above my roommate. To avoid thumping and waking her up and bothering her, I have done all of my workouts in the backyard, but the gnarly Colorado winter so far has foiled my plans and I have had to resort to the local rec center. I love doing higher level HIIT and strength training, and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on which of FB's videos work well in a gym setting. Thanks and keep up the good work!
