New-to-me, excellent upper body and low impact cardio workout

Just wanted to flag an excellent, new-to-me, upper body and low impact cardio workout that I tried for the first time this morning:

It is only 33 minutes long, has a warm up and cool down, good mix of upper body strength exercises and some really fun and effective low impact cardio moves. I got a really good sweat going as well as shaky upper body muscles, what a great find!
