Happy Sunday and as Ashley says, self-care day.

Can you believe that we are already in the last month of 2019?

We have made new friends, worked out together all year, learned how grateful we are in so many ways and become stronger and happier for all of it.

Thank you to everyone who comments, reads and participates in this thread. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful gratitude comments last month.

So I am going to end the year by increasing my flexibility and giving my muscles a break.

December can be the most wonderful month for some and the worst for others. ShabNam mentioned how grateful she is for the smile of strangers. Lets take the time whenever we are out and about this month to smile at strangers. That smile might change someone's life, mood or direction. And at the same time be working those face muscles. Hope everyone's December is blessed and prosperous.
