My Favorites FB workouts (What's Yours?)

Hi FB Family, it's been ages since I posted here!!! Life is very busy, but I've been working out :)

I thought it'll be fun to make a list of my favorite FB workouts by type, and also see other people's list. We might help each other with new ideas of workouts to try.

So here is mine:

LOWER BODY:

(Another great one, just because it's SO complete! Your butt and legs will burn in EVERY little places it's possible after that!)

(I have to admit I love the cardio+lower body strenght mix, and this one is on spot).

HIIT

I love those 3 for the same reason: Intense, very sweaty and it will be over before you know it!

Upper body:

Ok, I do not love to train upper body!!! So, I love the kickboxing mix into it. It makes it more fun, and it's a great way to do some cardio when your lower body is resting (Because many of the low impact cardio actually uses the lower body too much for the rest days)

LOWER BODY BURN OUT:

How NOT to adore this workout? Cardio, balance, strenght, pilates AND it is bored easily style! The perfect burn-out!!! (A little longer, so It would also go as a complete lower body trainning after hiit, too!)

Sooooo. Thats's my list! (yeh, I love lists!!!!! I've done one of my favorite workouts during pregnancy - almost 2 years ago!!! Time goes by so fast!!).
