Lower Body- Felt The Burn Immediately!

I’ve been an FB Member since 2018. Have purchased and completed 4 programs. All wonderful. Today I took a workout from FB Mass for lower body and tweaked it a bit. I am already sore, which means.,,,,😬 I may not walk tomorrow.....

So for anyone interested in lower body challenges, I started with about a 20 minute jump rope cardio (HIIT mixed in) with Daniel; kicked my butt (star jumps are in there). Following with lower strength of 4 groups: Group 1: pistol squats/thrusts; Group 2: step-ups/side step-ups; Group 3: Bulgarian split lunges/squats; Group 4: deadlifts/sumo squats.

Kelli gets ALL the credit for the strength portion & Daniel the cardio. Strength routine above is a slight modification from one Kelli published. It is so awesome on its own and has more groups. I altered because I had completed the jump rope cardio component & didn’t need anymore. Please, if anyone wants to know which Kelli lower body I used, (Daniel’s jump rope) let me know.
