FB Bodyweight?

I have powerblocks and I have done

FB Burn Round 2

FB Adventure

FB30 Round 3

And today I will have completed FB Strong.

I am kinda wanting to try one of the bodyweight programs. I love lifting but just think it’d be neat to try something new.

What was your experience with it? I have a fear it will be a lot of stuff I can’t do. I am healing from diastasis recti and currently avoid push ups, planks, things like that
