So, I've been using FB for over a year now and I definitely feel stronger and way better that before! I've decided to buy one of their programs as my next step, I honestly have no idea which one I should buy. Maybe someone here in the forums could help me. :)
I have a lot of back problems (kyphosis, lordosis and a bit of scoliosis), so I know I should focus on strengthening my core even more. This said, I don't want to forget about my upper and lower body, of course!
I don't mind doing HIIT, but I also know that doing too many high-impact exercises can be bad for my back...
Taking all this into consideration, which one should I buy? Abs (1 or 2)? Blend? Strong? I honestly have no clue...
