better late than never

I'm a couple of weeks behind but I have just started Kim's latest 5 day challenge- I believe it is the first option (of the three that were proposed). Whew! That kickboxing workout did me in...and then I had to do the calf workout!! OUCH, But it is nice to do some of the older workouts and move in ways that my body has forgotten! Red, stinky and sweaty, I'm ready for a shower. Looking forward to day 2! Have a great day, everyone.
