Thoughts on Fb Bodyweight plans?

Hi all!

I'm looking for some opinions or reviews from people who did the bodyweight programs...

Long story short: I'm mostly a runner but I also enjoy strength training, a lot. I just completed fb strong for the second time and will move on to flex (3rd time) combined with some lower body and core.

But. I will move to a new country at the start of next year and I won't take my dumbbells with me at first and probably won't be able to afford a gym in the first months (both financially and timewise).

So my question to people who completed fb bodyweight is: do you think these plans are challenging enough so I don't lose the strength i gained so far, especially in the upper body? I don't know their structure, and I know they say they are full body plans but how many of the workouts focus on upper body? I don't really need to lose weight, but I don't want to lose muscle either so I would really appreciate your thoughts.
