I’m 18 months PP and have been at a stand still in my weight loss for a long time. I would like to lose 10lbs to reach my goal weight. I’ve been using fitness blender for a couple years now but looking to purchase a program. I want to lose weight , but also gain muscle. I’m told to lift more , I’m told I need to do more cardio , I’m told I need to “change up” my works outs. I’m thinking the program would help give me more variety of work outs. Which one do you think would work best for me ?
