Hi!

Does anyone know if the surprise me tool is specifically calibrated to your use - i.e. is the suggestion based on what your past workouts have been, a rec on what to do today, or does the same workout show up for everyone?

Just used it today and it was surprisingly on point for my needs- and I didn't even know it!
