Hi Guys,
I have knee pain my orthopedist put me on anti-inflammatory drugs turned out i have an inflammed ligament (LCL=lateral collateral ligament).
I was doing Fb blend but now have to stop and switch. Is Fb reach safe for knee pain ? i was thinking to combine it with Fb flex.or not ?
what are your thoughts?
