My name is Alana and I am brand new to FB. Last week I did the FB Free 5 Day Challenge and absolutely loved it. Today was my first day of starting the 8 week fat loss program and I am excited to see where this takes me.
I recently moved to a new place where a gym is not nearby and for the first few months I had no workout equipment other than my yoga mat. There is a zumba class that takes place in my neighborhood, but I have only been able to get myself to go once because I have pretty severe social anxiety. I figured that home workouts would be the way to go.
My goals are to get healthy, fit, and strong. Just thought I would say hello and that I am excited to cheer you on as you work towards your goals too!
