Combining programmes with running

I am a runner and train for half marathons and occasional marathons. I use fitnessblender workouts to supplement my running and build strength and flexibility. I just started another round of bodyweight only. How would you recommend is best to combine run days and workout days? Do I just leave the workout on the days I run unless it is a stretching etc day which I could also do
