Programs Recommendations Please!

Hey guys. I have been doing FB 30 for 3 months now. Because of my tight schedule, I love that the program keeps every workout under 30 minutes or so.

I currently looking to try a new program that's easier for my knees so something with minimal jumping at around 45 minutes or less would be great. I'm not too good with HITT :( I do love strength training and I would love to lose some weight especially in the mid section.

I'm looking at FB Strong and FB Abs but I would like some input from you guys. Thanks!
