Between Programs

I finished the Bored Easily Program on Tuesday and wanted to give my body a rest before I start Strong on Monday. The Easy Pilates and Cardio Workout with Relaxing Cool Down and the Low Impact Beginner Cardio Workout - Feel Good Recovery Cardio were perfect!

They both put my body through the full range of motion and gave me a good stretch. I have to remember these two for days when I feel just plain lazy!
