Fb fit v strong

Hi all!

I’m trying to decide what program to do next. (I’m finishing up fb 30 round 3 in a few days and am soo excited!). I previously purchased (but haven’t done) fb fit or strong. Any recs? I’m concerned that fb strong doesn’t have much hiit, but some of the fb fit workouts are really long....

Ps- and I suck at just adding a hiit workout or two. I love not having to think about what I’m doing for the day, going to my calendar, and then working out til I get to that awesome “workout complete” sign. Lol.
