Good Morning Blenders,

Here we are a the beginning of another month and only 2 months until the new year.

I thought it would be fun to post something we are grateful for each day for the next 30 days. It will remind us of the wonderful things in our lives and make sure that we say something positive every day.

I am so happy and grateful: That I had a week's rest and I am ready to be working out again today.

I think it is a good way to start my workout week.
