I just stumbled on FB videos and youtube and discovered this great website as well. I have been working out intermittently, and just purchased an FB 8 week program. I am yet to start with it and right now doing the 5 day beginner program that is free. (My Husband is already commenting that my upper body looks huge and strong now :( )
I have a relatively big upper body and would like to know if these workouts would make my upper body look muscular. I am looking to have a toned body by doing these workouts.
