Best non-core, non-burpie FB workouts after a recent hernia surgery?

I've recently had hernia surgery and just got the green light to start working out again. But ... I can't do any core work for at least another month while I continue to heal.

But it's not just focused ab work that's ruled out for me. It's anything core - doctor specifically said no burpies ... so that cuts out a LOT of workouts here!

Anyone else face this problem? This is probably a fruitless search, but I'm looking for good non-core FB workouts or programs (or even off FB).

For background, I typically do HIIT and weight training at level 4/5. I've done most of those programs multiple times (Blend, FB30, Burn, Sweat, all the 1000 calories, etc). I'm not super interested in yoga or low impact or level 1-3 stuff, but i might have to for the time being!
