Need advice on FB 30 (any round)


Hi! I’m halfway through FB burn, which I love, except for the extra credit challenges. It is sometimes difficult to find time for workouts more than 30-40 minutes. Although I know they are optional, not doing them stresses me out and make me feel like I am cheating.

Is FB 30 as challenging? Has anyone gotten good results? How often are there extra credit challenges in FB 30?
