Starting Strong next week - How to slot in reformer Pilates?

Hi, everyone! I'm almost done with FB - Low Impact, and I loved it so much that I added Strong for next month. I also belong to a Pilates gym that uses reformers. I am wondering how to schedule both so that I don't over train. I've read different takes on the subject online, and so far it's about 50/50 that it's OK to do Pilates with a reformer on the same days as strength training.

I know that I can do Hatha Yoga every day, but I wasn't sure whether I should be alternating weight days with Pilates days. Anyone else do something similar?
