Clock changes and help with modification

So I've tried to do a workout this morning at 5 am and it all went to hell as my 3 year old woke up not long after and wouldn't go back down. She's usually fine but the clocks went back an hour so she woke up early, with my reverberating jumping jacks not helping matters. Inevitably, the chain reaction of events meant that I was public enemy number 1 in the Wilkinson household. Does anyone take a few days rest for 'acclimatisation'? Also, I found out that I can't do a 'Plank Push Up + Close Row Kickback' as my dumbbells keep rolling. Any ideas for modifications? Would greatly appreciate it.
