Workout Programs really help

I am about to finish a second workout program. These programs have proven to be just what I needed to overcome inconsistency. I haven't missed a workout. There are days when I feel motivated in the morning to workout and somedays when I put it off until evening. Having it on the calendar helps stay committed. I used to dread working out but now with Workout Programs, it seems like fun. I am feeling stronger, more balanced and leaner. Next up it FB30. Thank you FB for producing a tool that works well for me.
