It is Friday! We made it! I am feeling eager this morning so I will start us off.

I had a lower body HIIT/Cardio/Abs combo with Kellie...it was actually one of my favourites..at some point. It was so boring. Too repetitive and long cardio intervals. I might remove it from my favourites. Has anyone done that before? It was still a great workout in the end. I was just super bored.

Otherwise, it should be an ok day here at work. I will slip out early for a repairman to come by this afternoon. We're having nachos for dinner and my partner brought lots of treats home for me (us)! I love when he goes to spain because it usually means I get a big bold bottle of red!
