Low motivation, XT and streght training.

Hello guys!

Since a month I lost my motivation to workout especially with strength training.

I think it could be also because I did Strong and Booty few times in a row and I didn't have many results from them.

I think my body is used to those workouts and maybe it needs a change (and also my mind too).

Lately I really enjoy yoga and cycling, but I still don't want to give up on strength training.

That's why I'm thinking to buy XT program, but I understood from the reviews that it has many days of cardio/HIIT instead of strength training.

I'm wondering if someone of you can confirm me that and of course I'm open to all your advices and recommendations! :)
