New beginning

Hi guys, hope you're all doing well.

It's been over 4 months since I've worked out intensely due to some issues with my mental health, I decided to take a break with exercise and focus on other areas of my life.

Since then, I've recovered both better mentally and physically. However, during this process I became quite sedentary. Lately, I've been wanting to get back into fitness blender workouts to just feel strong and active again.

Any suggestions on what I should start with after a long break?
