Extra Credit Before or After?

I'm doing FBFit2 and the extra credit is usually a quick HIIT. I've been doing them before my workouts to get my heart rate up before I start strength. So I do the warmup, pause, go to extra credit, go back to the main workout. I hope that makes sense. But now I'm wondering if it matters? Are they put there on purpose to do them afterward? I've done it that way too, but I can't tell which is the better workout.
