Newbie FB Meal Plan & FB Mass

Hi everyone, I have just started and have purchased FB Meal Plan and FB Mass I am on day 3 and so far am loving it although I do have a few questions, My goal is to lose last 2-5pounds and more importantly gain muscle mass, my question is do we need to add in any extra workouts(I am used to doing a lot more) ? And with the meal plan there seems little protein where I have been eating so very much protein. Please advise. 😊
