Getting Started...

You’ve heard us say this before, but if we approach fitness with a sense of moderation, always with an eye on doing better today than we did yesterday, it's a much healthier, functional, sustainable, and likely successful pathway to actually implementing and keeping those healthy changes.

Honestly, it doesn't matter how fit someone else is, or where you think you should be, you have to be willing to start where your body needs you to start, and make modifications as you need to so that nothing ends up being a roadblock to progress.

The most important thing is that you do your best; don’t overthink it, just start!

What advice would you give to others who are struggling to start (or re-start) their fitness journey?
