The pulses! and the next day.......

Happy Friday FB family!

Had to share this. I am doing FB Low Impact after a little break just felt I needed it although I am not a beginner.

Anyway, yesterday this was on my calendar:

I had done it before but somehow forgot about it. I'm so glad it popped it because it's an instant favourite. It flies by and I made sure to challenge myself by lifting heavy. The second round has pulses which I love/hate. Suffice to say I have that 'worked for' soreness throughout my UB today. You know the kind that makes hair washing a challenge!!!
