Combining Programs

Please help me!!

Next week I'm finishing FBbodyweight and starting FBsweat. I'm not sure if I'm going to get stronger, cause I feel my lower body getting in shape really fast, but my core and upper body not that much.

Is it ok if I mix FBsweat with flex program?? (I haven't purchased flex yet)
