FB XT

I purchased FB XT a few years ago, but never finished it. I have been working out consistently again with FB 5+1 days a week with other programs I have purchased. I will finish Burn next week.

I am thinking of doing XT again since it is only 3 days a week. I am getting busier as a teacher (and more tired and much harder to get up in the mornings to work out) and needing to provide more care for my elderly mom whose health is declining rapidly.

Here's my question: If I do XT is it honestly enough to maintain everything I've gained the past 5-6 months with FB? Or would I have to add in another 2-3 days/week of some kind of workout to maintain the level and strength I've gained? And in that case I'd be better off doing a 5-6 days/week program?
