FB Strong complete for the second time

It took me longer than when I completed it the first time, but I am pleased to say that I have now completed FB Strong for the second time. It truly is an awesome program for anyone who enjoys strength training like I do.

I'm also pretty happy with myself that since June, I have completed three programs: Strong, Burn R2 and Strong again. I've also lost 15 pounds in the process, making a small dent in my overall goal. But weight aside, I'm happy that I've been developing a consistent workout regimen, something I've never been able to do in my life for this length of time.

Now I'm contemplating what to do next. I've lined up a few workouts for the rest of the week, including kickboxing (it's been too long since I've done that type of workout). And for the first time ever, I will attempt a 1000-calorie workout on Saturday. I'm excited and apprehensive at the same time. But Fitness Blender makes me want to push beyond my comfort zone and that's always a good thing.
