Not starting with PFT?

I just completed FB Sweat and am now starting FB 30 today. Day 1 of FB 30 is the PFT, which I just did at the end of Sweat so I already have the data and don't want to do it again. Day 2 of FB 30 is HIIT, so I don't want to do anything too intense that would wear me out before tomorrow. There is also a low-impact beginner's alternative workout for Day 2. I am thinking maybe I will do that low-impact workout today, and then the HIIT as scheduled tomorrow? I don't want to skip a day (especially the first day!) but I also don't want to just do the same PFT again. If you have done programs back-to-back, did you skip the PFT?
