Abs round 2 or FB30?

so next Tuesday I'm going to start a program. I keep going back and forth between ABS round 2 and one of the fb30 programs. my original plan was to do the fb30 program and do a separate yoga program. But I've been doing yoga lately and finding core weakness even within that so I'm wondering if I should do an AB intensive program alongside the yoga. I've done abs round 2 before so I know I can get good results. Just typing this out I think it helped me realize I'm leaning more toward ABS round 2 now...my only concern is time, as I'm now down to having 2 30 minute workout sessions per day due to time constraints. There are some days I could go over a bit but I'm not sure about doing this too often.

Any thoughts? Anyone starting either of these programs next week and want to keep each other accountable?
