I’ve been using Fitness Blender for 3 weeks now. I’m so excited for this new lifestyle! I have also changed my eating style for Whole Foods except for weekends. I’m finding that I am tired all of the time. I’m 31yrs old with two small kiddos. My husband uses preworkout and protein powder and he doesn’t experience the same constant sleepiness. Do I need to jump on board with him, is this just a time that will pass, or is it a dietary problem? Please help!
